Nautilus, Inc. Fires Up Fall Fitness With Bowflex Blaze

Nautilus, Inc. (NYSE: NLS), a pure fitness company, has
introduced the Bowflex Blaze™ , a new
home exercise gym with Power Rod®
resistance that can facilitate more than 60 exercises at home.

Available for $14 a month, the Bowflex Blaze home gym is the first model to
include a workout placard that fits conveniently on the gym tower to step
new users through the famous Bowflex 20-minute workout. It also includes
an accessory basket to provide storage for multiple accessories and keep
the workout area neat and tidy. Using the Bowflex Blaze can enable people
of all ages to see the fitness results they want in as little as six weeks,
by working out just 20 minutes a day, three times a week.

"We developed the Bowflex Blaze for individuals, couples or families who
seek a mid-priced and highly functional fitness tool for fitness training,"
said Tim Hawkins, President of Fitness Equipment for Bowflex parent company
Nautilus, Inc. "In addition to working the upper body and core, this unit
provides lower-body and cardiovascular workouts with a leg developer, leg
press belt, and even aerobic rowing."

The Bowflex Blaze provides more than 60 exercises, and comes standard with
210 pounds of genuine Bowflex Power Rod resistance, and can be upgraded to
310 or 410 pounds. It comes with a lower-pulley squat station, leg
extension and curl attachment, a cushioned adjustable seat, and a sliding
seat rail for aerobic rowing, leg presses and seated curls. The accessory
basket and a fitness guide are included.

"Nautilus sets the pace in innovative and effective home exercise gyms, and
the Bowflex Blaze is no exception," said Dr. Micheal Clark, CEO and
President of the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the global leader in
evidence-based health and fitness education and certification. "Studies
have proven that 20-30 minutes of activity a day -- combined with a healthy
diet -- leads to positive fitness results. Nautilus home gyms are scalable
for anyone's fitness level, and with the easy-to-follow exercise technique
placards, the Bowflex Blaze is a great first-step for those striving to
live healthier lives."

The Bowflex Blaze is available directly from the company for $899, or $14
per month, plus shipping and handling, by emailing www.bowflex.com or
calling 1-800-BOWFLEX. It has a no-time-limit warranty on Power Rods®,
five-year warranty on materials and workmanship, and six-week fitness
results guarantee.

In addition to the Bowflex Blaze, Nautilus is marketing the Bowflex Ultimate® 2 home gym and Bowflex Xtreme® 2 home gym as its
top-of-the-line Power Rod products, and the recently-released Bowflex Revolution™ home gym
as its first product using innovative Power Packs, a resistance style first
tested by astronauts on the International Space Station. The company also
markets the Bowflex VersaTrainer ®, a home gym designed
for those in wheel chairs.
