The Eastern Townships School Board of Quebec has come up with a creative way to help recover some of the cost of providing laptop computers to every student in grades 3 to 11, reports the local  Sherbrooke Record : The board wants to leverage its expertise in integrating technology by offering consulting services to other school boards, companies, and even other countries. The board also plans to offer education to children around the world through video conferencing.
