1. Retail spot will have party supplies
ARLINGTON -- Pinky's Party Supplies , a store that sells seasonal and celebratory merchandise, has leased 5,000 square feet of retail space at Fielder Plaza , 1112 N. Fielder Road, near Randol Mill Road.
Michael Cooley , associate in The Weitzman Group's commercial retail division, handled negotiations for the shopping center.
Other tenants in the center include Tom Thumb , CVS Pharmacy and Starbucks .

2. FAA Repair Station leases space
ARLINGTON -- Robert & Gay Clark's FAA Repair Station has leased 5,906 square feet of space at 1209 Sturgeon Court, Suite 103, according to the landlord's representative in the deal.
Ron Sturgeon Real Estate is the landlord.
Blake Martensen of Peyco Southwest Realty represented the landlord.
